DANCE FOR HAPPINESS
As a child, i remember dancing a lot. We danced to all happy tunes. Kids parties, Birthdays and i could as well have danced in funerals. Hey! Dont hate. I didn't know much. I was a go happy kid. One thing i learnt through all those experiences was the fact dance served as a release for happiness.
DANCE FOR EXPRESSION
Well if you were professionally a dancer, this would make perfect sense to you. Nevertheless, even as an amateur, dance to express yourself. Your spouse would always find entertainment, so as you kids, in you having fun with them by twirling round the house. Memories like that bond you as a unit.
DANCE TO EXERCISE
On good days, i dance over an hour as a form of both release and exercising. Dancing might be one of the few exercises that allow you the leisure of been happy and enjoy it at the same time. For a learner, dance is pure expression and joy. Even the professional sees it as relaxed and routine to remind.
Dance can be used to lose weight too. It is very adequate for burning all the fat you want gone. You dance, you lose weight.
DANCE TO HEAL
You can also use dance for the purposes of therapy. For accident victims, or illness that corrupt your respiratory and nervous systems, dance can be used to improve your health. Stroke victims, physically challenged, orthopedic-ally inhibited, people with damages in their locomotive skills, all these people find value in dance as a cure.
Even the heartbroken and sick find movement to music very key to recovery.
