N61.4 billion ($300 million) was illegally approved from funds recovered from late dictator, Sani Abacha, to the Office of the National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki by the immediate past Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, few weeks to the 2015 presidential election..

The former Minister signed the transfer but then never minded how the money will be used while expecting then President Goodluck Jonathan to directly demand accountability from Sambo Dasuki.

The Central Bank of Nigeria has however handed a shocking list of fund looters to President Buhari for immediate probe. The names on the list will likely be jailed as the president continues to tackle corruption.
