thrive in it. So to keep the smells away, rub them on your armpits and let it
soak for 5- 15 mins, depending on how serious yours is.
This will rid you of
bad odor if use repeatedly. You can also use lemon juice where apple cider is
not available. Press out lemon and rub. Do not scrub.
Wear silk and cotton more in
your clothing. These kinds of clothes will let your skin breathe and tolerate
air circulation on your skin surface. Polyester and wool are usually worst of
in hot and humid regions.
Another very important thing to
consider will be a ruthless de-toxification regime. Imbibe exercises that purge
your skin and body by sweating it out. Rid your body of skin clogs. Find time
to blow out your pores.
Clean your skin with skin detoxifiers and go for
saunas. You need to open your pores and give your body freedom to inhale or
